thanks for the two different species, I chose the subspecies because I like to be as specific as possible
Because of the lower rust band on your butterfly, I sent you both suggestions because the second is a subspecies; "As defined here, A. virgulti is a member of the Apodemia mormo complex or "super-species". It differs from A. mormo primarily by the brick-red to orange median band through the hind wing, which replaces or includes the median row of white spots."
