Description:

The two black spots on the anterior margin of the vertex are absent in the male. The scutellum is yellowish with a triangular black spot near each basal angle. They are small, less than 5 mm.

Habitat:

On the balcony after dark.

Hi arne,
I am not certain, but I think your Leafhopper is Idioscopus clypealis. There is a picture on - https://www.waiwiki.org/index.php?title=...
Another possibility might be Ideoscopus nitidulus, but I think yours is more like I. clypealis
