Another native flower I hadn't seen before. The flowers are tube-shaped with the bottom lip curling downward. Leaves are pointed and stems are somewhat squared off on the sides. Bushy shrub

Habitat:

Above the beach under some trees on the edge of a wood. Nearby trees included cedar and oak on the woods side, and red mangroves on the beach side.
