Cats Claw Creeper (Uña de gato)

Description:

This plant is a growing climbing vine belonging to the family Bignoniaceae, native to the tropical dry forest of Central America, South America and the Caribbean. The flowers are yellow, have a diameter of 4 to 5 cm and can grow alone or in groups of 2 or 3. The leaves are dark green, opposite and bi-foliate.

Habitat:

This species was introduced as ornamental in gardens.
