Calochilus robertsonii
A couple of bracts and single flower were seen on a fleshy stalk of this orchid plant. A centrral sepal was broad and hooded. The lateral sepals were spreading and narrowed to points. The petals were short and wide. The lip had a central area which was covered with purplish hair-like growth with purplish glands at the base. The colour of the flower was a pale green with purple stripes.
Spotted in dry woodland - mixed natives. ( Cardinia Reservoir Park)
Flowers bloom from August to October.
