Family: Noctuidae, Subfamily: Noctuinae, (Armyworm moths) TL 18-24 mm - 3/4 inch. A common moth that is tan, black, white, and brown with intricate design. Hosts: Various crops and low plants. Sometimes a pest.

Habitat:

Near woodlands and meadow. Attracted to light.
