Sorry, Josef. I do not like to say No to an ID without having another solution. In this case I would personally say it is Amata sp.. Unfortunately there are not many trustable pictures on the web and these Amata are actually very tricky to separate. You have to look carefully at each spot, the distance to other spots, the size of these spots and consider female and male dimorphism. We still have some wasp moths from the Philippines without an ID, although many people are looking for an ID. Looking for Amata was very difficult and at the end you were more confused the one step further. I will take a closer look at this one again.

In the meanwhile I think it could be Amata cyssea, however, I am not as sure as I am in other spottings.
