Description:

Uncle David got us this one; the symbol of our country is almost posing!

Habitat:

Pylon in near Douglas harbor. Bald Eagles are quite numerous in Alaska. There is a Bald Eagle festival in Haines Alaska each year where hundreds of Bald Eagles descend on the city to feast on the last Sockeye Salmon run of the season.
