Arrowshaped Micrathena

Micrathena sagittata

Description:

Unknown red and yellow arthropod. It looked to be some incredible cross between a spider and an ant. I really have no idea what it is but it was so shocking in its color I had to take a picture.

Notes:

I apologize for the lack of clarity in the photos, the wind was blowing so hard through the trees, that capturing any non blurry shots was a miracle.
