Geometrid Moth

Scopula cf. parodites


This is a Geometrid Moth that i found on the wall of my house. It is brownish in color, has a black distal spot on each wings, and has lace at the border of its wings. The length of this moth is about 7 mm, and its wingspan is about 15 mm.


- Spotted on the wall of my house. Usually, it can be found around the house especially near the light sources.


- This is a moth of the Geometridae family. It is attracted to the light (possibly a nocturnal insect).
