Great find! That first image is really nice!
For future spottings, if you don't know the species(or genus), it is best to leave the Scientific Name section blank. If you type something in that box, the database will think that it is identified (and mark it as such). Project Noah's database is designed to organize by scientific name (Genus and Species names only). It is also helpful to let other users know you need help with an ID by ticking the small box that says "Help me ID".
