Jerusalem cricket
They are a large flightless insect, that have a solid brown back, black back, or a white/brown striped back, and have six legs.
Orange county, California.
This little guy was hiding under a soccer ball.

That's what hear! but i did read a story on where they put a Jerusalem cricket, inside of a cage with a reg. house cricket. and the house cricket ate the Jerusalem cricket.
