I get this Moth here every so often with spotted wings and clear wings, I never Photograph them when the bottom of the wings are clear...This time I did.....Are the wings worn out or is it a different species?

They just look so healthy except for that part of the wings. Thanks Machi and SG in CR.
Yeah, I'd say worn out. I get these too if I leave the porch light on and I think they just keep flying with their wings against the wall and it rubs the scales of the wings.
I think they are just worn out
