it's one of the flower crab spiders ("Misumena sp."), they can (to a limited degree) change colour in much the same way a chameleon does, although the change takes days rather than seconds. i have seen these (South African one's) in a veriety of colours from yellows to whites to purples/pinks and in-betweens.
