looks like a hybrid of the Jack or Breadfruit. Everything is the same except the color.

Looks similar to a Jackfruit (Artocarpus heteropyllus), but I didn't see any red ones. It seems that also immature fruits are more greenish. Leaves look also similar. Might be a cultivated variety. Take it as a hint, I am not sure.
