Spotted outside, in College Station, TX. My spotting on my phone is placing it in Houston though, been silly the past few days.

Where was this spotted? Was it found outside or is it captive. Just asking to be sure we are looking for the right species.
If was in the wild I would be almost sure it's a Gulf Coast Toad (Incilius valliceps)
