Anolis bimaculatis

Description:

Green striped lizard. Dark green on top, very light nearly fluorescent green in the middle and light green on the bottom. Pointy noise with yellowish chin. Brown/orange tail. About 20 cm without the tail.

Habitat:

In a garden at the foot of an volcano, near the Caribbean Sea. Sint Eustatius

Notes:

Lovely lizard sat looking at us. It let me get very close with my iphone!

I just looked up lizards of netherlands...only one was listed as green...very variable at that...just drawing your attention to it...good luck...hope you get the ID soon.

Hmm Thank you for thinking with me however, they do not look like mine and are not in the Caribbean.
I do not think it is a sandlizard.
