A medium-sized, slender heron of the southeastern United States, the Tricolored Heron was formerly known as the Louisiana Heron.
No problem! Overall, they are pretty similar, just have small differences :) I think tricoloreds are much prettier though, they are my favorite heron!

Little blue heron has a thicker, grayer bill with a black tip, and lack the yellow on the face :)
