Light Emerald Moth

Campaea sp.

Description:

Small moth. Pale emerald colour all over except for a thin white line traversing its back about 2/3 rd way down from the head.

Habitat:

Found resting on the bamboo wall of the cottage at village Kolakham, a remote and forested area.

Notes:

Many moths were drawn to the porch light at night and were photographed; those that lingered when dawn broke photographed better.

This is the nearest I could go....very iffy ID though.

@e.drinnon, please kindly check for distribution before entering suggestions. Geometra papilionaria is not found in India. Also, the white markings are quite different.
