Red Underwing Moth

Description:

We came across this moth yesterday when out walking around one of local ancient ruins here in Turkey. Normally when resting the wings are folder in so you cannot see the red bottom part of the under wing. I think this one was a bit poorly as they are nocturnal, so it should not have been in full view during the day.
