Cladonia floerkeana
Cladonia species usually have a crustose or squamulose primary thallus followed by a secondary fruticose thallus comprised of hollow stalk-like podetia with fruiting bodies at the tips. C. floerkeana podetia are small, typically 1–2 cm in height, grey, usually unbranched, not forming cups, with the surface densely covered with granules and/or small squamules lacking soredia or at most, slightly granular-sorediate. The basal squamules are small and inconspicuous. The apothecia are bright red, conspicuous, one or more developed at the tips of the podetia and often forming rings.
Widespread and locally common on peat-banks and damp, mossy logs and stumps. Spotted at the base of a pine tree trunk by the Miño river.

Right, and I did not notice it until now
It does have a resemblance to matches!
