Medium sized off-white, gilled mushroom. Brown in the center of the top with brown streaks . Smooth stem. Flat to slightly concave shape. Bracket fungi photobomb in picture 3.

Thank you very much Parker V. It looks like I won't get a species for this one but a genus works for me.
Xerula species = Hymenopellis species
