Yes I guess bank swallow would be another option. Do you have any photos from the front, even if they are out of focus or anything? Being able to see if it has a breast band would differentiate between the two pretty easily!
I really want to call this a rough-winged swallow. Tree swallows have a pretty deep "v" to the tail while perched, your bird doesn't have that. Also, tree swallows have a very distinct line on the face differentiating the white throat from the brown or blue face. Yours is a gradual change, just like rough-winged swallows have. This looks like an adult. Too early for fledgling since they only started arriving.

looks like we have a colony of these. Not very large though.They seemed to have arrived lately and were flying around.
Ashley I saw it in flight and it did have a dark breast band. The habitat was riparian.

Ashley,any possibility it is a Bank swallow? The wings do not have any cinnamon on them.
