I spotted it hiding curled under my rear view mirror while washing my car. I moved it to try to get a better picture and managed to snap it running away before it hid again.
This is a Marbled Orb Weaver Spider. There is the orange with the very large abdomen and then what you have. Yellow and black with red legs.
