The dorsolateral fold is an extension of the fold that wraps around the tympanum. So if it were present, you would be able to see it in the area behind the tympanum that is out of the water.

No, this is the best photo of it! I "feel" like it's a green frog, but "feeling" isn't good enough for me :)

Do you happen to have any other photos of this frog? The difference will be the dorsolateral fold, or lack thereof. The green frog has this structure, while the bullfrog does not. I can't tell from this photo. :-(
