The first four pictures are of a female. A male is to the left of a female in the fifth picture and three males are in flight in the sixth (I think the fourth bird in flight is a female).
A marina at a Midwestern reservoir where agitators underwater keep the water from freezing around the boats. This provides habitat for many species of waterfowl.
