Aborted Entoloma

Entoloma abortivum

Description:

small uneven mound shape, some with holes to the center, edible

Habitat:

temperate forest floor

Notes:

This is my second time spotting aborted entoloma. The first was last summer in a different location. I didn't know what they were at first. I got an ID from Noah and now I know what they are when I see them.
