Urticina crassicornis
I found this one in an open space under jetty rocks hanging upside down, which is typical of this species. Identified by the red and green column. The tentacles are short and blunt. Urticina crassicornis lives a solitary life up to 80 years.
Spotted in jetty rocks at low tide at Neah Bay, Washington.
A non-selective and opportunistic predator, Urticina crassicornis, may feed on crabs, sea urchins, mussels, gastropods, chitons, barnacles, fish, and sometimes sea stars and stranded jellies.
