Is this a poisonous viper?

Hi JuanC.Garcia. This is a juvenile of the side-striped palm viper. Adults are all green in color. Juveniles are brown in color with brown blotches bordered by yellow. Tail tips are green or yellow in color. Pretty common in your area of San Jose. Nice find!!

or even a cat eyed snake

don't think it's Pit Viper. Doesn't have the right shape head unless it's a young one. It almost looks in the second photo like a Chunk headed or Blunt Headed snake.
