This is Uranophora castra, a moth that is in a mimetic complex with Cyanopepla.
I agree, bayucca. My mistake for not finding several sources! I disagree with C. jucunda too.
Jacob, i have doubts about Jucunda. Theo Prado from the link has usually great experiences, but this time I think he might be wrong. Take a look at the 4 links and compare with Theos?
