Cynara cardunculus var. scolymus
It was the first time for me to see it growing in a field in Germany. The flowers are really beautiful. I was wondering if you can still eat it after it bloomed.
I saw this cut and at a market in Europe, but I have not seen it growing in a field. Thanks.
