Smells nice like Wood Ear fungus (Auricularia auriculae-judae), Kuehneromyces mutabilis (Brown stew fungus) and Flammulina veluptipes (Velvet shank). I'm fairly sure all these fungi have a similar smell

I don't think it's furry although I'm not 100% sure, it could be VERY minutely furry. Whilst checking for 'furriness' I realised it smells nice like Wood Ear fungus (Auricularia auriculae-judae), Kuehneromyces mutabilis (Brown stew fungus) and Flammulina veluptipes (Velvet shank). I'm fairly sure all these fungi have a similar smell
