Sergio, this one should be called Diestostemma sp. (little misspelling on the link from Arthur, where you probably get your ID from...).

Hi Sergio. I think this is a Cicadellid planthopper. If you have more pictures we could be sure, because Cicadellids have a raw of spikes on the hind legs
