Description:

A large wading bird that has white plumage and black wing tips that are only seen during flight. The long bill is reddish-orange and down curved. In pic 2 The ibis is surrounded by roseate spoonbills.

Habitat:

Spotted in a wetland area at the South Padre Island Birding And Nature Center.
