Habitat:

Spotted inside the car parking very close to open abandoned area with lot of plants.

Võ Anh Tuấn,
Thank you very much for the effort to help in finding the ID.

Here're few differences observed between D.sidae and above spotting:
1. D.sidae has pale (mix of light red and light brown) color but above spotting has orange color. (Ref pic3 above)
2. D.sidae has blackish mouth parts but above spotting has reddish mouth parts.
3. D.sidae has 3 bands at neck region - 1st one is black band touching eyes at extreme edges, 2nd one is white band and 3rd one is black band but above spotting has only 2 bands white & black.

Having said above differences, it seems above spotting is very close to D.cingulatus rather than to D.sidae. The only difference observed between above spotting and D.cingulatus is black band only. So, considering the minor variations in the traits (of the same species), I believe above spotting is just another variant of D.cingulatus.
BTW, both these variants are shown in below links under D.cingulatus (One can even observe some variation in legs color) :
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations... and
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations....
But some expert here needs to confirm these variants (I can't conclude this as my knowledge is very limited). It is even possible that it may belong to another species under same Genus. So as of now, I thought it is better to name at Genus level.
Please let me know your thoughts on this! :)

Võ Anh Tuấn,
Thank you very much! :) It's close but it's body is not pale it's orange with reddish head/mouth part.
Interestingly, below links show both under same species:
https://www.inaturalist.org/observations... and https://www.inaturalist.org/observations.... They may be variations of same species; not sure. So, as of now, better to name spotting at Genus level. Once again, thank you for the support! :)
