Bonnet sp.

Mycena adcendens

Description:

Measuring about 2.5mm tall this is the smallest 'mushroom-style' fungus I've photographed or found. The second photo is of the underneath of the cap and gills the steel blade is a craft knife that I use for cutting medium sized mushrooms. Third photo is of the top of the cap I think there's a little dimple in the centre of the cap. Fourth photo is of the mushroom standing strong in its miniature surroundings

Beautiful little thing. Maybe Mycena rorida? although it's so very small.
