Very small tree must have been planted 3 years ago. But the leaves are very huge on this pint sized sapling. u shaped lobes, smooth margins. it's fruit is acorns.

Habitat:

in someones yard forest. in the edge of the forest, gets enough water

The sharp lobe tips are indicative of the red oak group. All white oaks have rounded lobes.
