Parkesia motacilla
Waterthrush are much more brown than this with more streaking on the breast and flanks; this is a Black-and-White Warbler.
The only passerine I can think of off the top of my head with that body conformation and pattern that occurs in the area would be a waterthrush...Louisiana waterthrush? Parkesia montacilla?
