The only guy which can get an species ID is probably Piotr Naskrecki, the Master of Hoppers...

Tettigoniidae, Copiphorini, probably a Copiphora sp. Unfortunately I have no electronic reference. I remember that there is a blue-horned Copiphora from Ecuador.
