It has a unique marbling pattern of colours like black and white on the abdomen.It has a orange head.Orange and black patterns on its limbs.It has a little resemblence with hypsosinga spider.
This is quite an ornate spider! There are many species of Araneus in India (https://indiabiodiversity.org/species/li...), but this is not marmoreus. I think for now, it is best to leave the spider's species name as "Araneus sp.".
