Jumping Bush Cricket, female

Orocharis saltator

Description:

Brown cricket with a dark head, very long, thin antennae. Some mottling of brown, black and white on wings and legs.

Habitat:

Suburban yard.

Notes:

These females were spotted climbing up the walls near dusk. This seems to be a common, from what I have observed, but I don't know why they do it.
