Description:

Commonly called Euphrates Swordtail, Arisbe euphrates euphrates Felder & Felder 1862 (Papilionidae; Papilioninae; Leptocircini). Arisbe euphrates is a Philippine endemic butterfly, with ssp. A. e. euphrates occurring in Luzon and other Philippine islands, except in Bohol, Cebu, and Palawan.

Habitat:

Spotted along the bank of a stream traversing the Binictican forest trail located in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Hermosa Bataan.
