Thank you for the suggestions. For now, I will play it safe and simply call it a Turkey Tail.

Its a great Autumn for our fungal friend, cool long and moist.

There are more than a couple of wood loving fungi that somewhat resemble Trametes versicolor (ie Turkey Tail). Here's a few that might be worth showing:
