Description:

Very small fly. Resembles a moth. Grayish and fuzzy. Slight iridescence on wings. White spots on edges of wings, light antennae.

Habitat:

Suburban yard. Found in human habitats and breeds in stagnant water sources.

Notes:

Two different individuals seen in the same area. We see these inside sometimes when they come out of the drains. Many people call them "drain flies".
