I am sure it is a Chrysomelidae, not Melyridae and I am pretty sure it might be a Flea Beetle:

Chrysomelidae/Leaf Beetle and I think it might be a Flea Beetle, Alticinae or Alticini. You need for this one a real beetle expert...
