Crotalus molossus molossus
They are highly variable in color, ranging from olive green, yellow, brown, to black. As their name implies, and despite their variable colors, they always have a black band on their tail before their rattle. They also usually have a black band going across their eye, giving them the appearance of having a mask.
They are found in Arizona, New Mexico, Southwest Texas, and Mexico.
Found in a junkyard basking in the open.
