Description:

Similar in size and shape as some mosquitoes. Blueish-green coloration with black stripes on the abdomen. This is a female. Males have feathery antennae. Though they resemble mosquitoes, they do not bite.

Habitat:

Suburban yard (resting on the building).

Notes:
