Gomphus vulgatissimus
Nice photos.
It is however not Aeshna cyanea, but something from a different dragonfly family: Gomphidae and I would suggest Gomphus vulgatissimus.
I am not 100% sure of my suggestion, because you might have similar species there, with which I am not familiar.
