Either five-lined skink (Plestiodon fasciatus) or southeastern five-lined skink (Plestiodon inexpectatus). You can only tell the two apart if you examine the scales underneath the tail. The broadhead skink is also extremely similar, but I ruled it out by your lizard having 4 upper lip scales and broadhead skinks have 5 upper lip scales. So from these photos, it is not possible to tell which species it is.
