Praying Mantis

Description:

This individual was a nice grass green, about three to four inches long, and was very calm.

Habitat:

While this fellow was hanging out on my door, they usually live in gardens and around plants.

Notes:

Despite opening and closing the glass window door, it didn't react much, allowing me to get these (somewhat blurry) pictures. I'm not sure exactly which species of mantis this is, so any help with the scientific classification would be wonderful.

Unfortunately I don't. From what I remember, though, the entirety of the body was green. I think the parts that look brown were just shadows, but I could be wrong.

Do you happen to have a view of the back? Was the back all green with just brown on the sides?
